In my practice I focus on the journey as much as the end result. Every step we take together is towards improving your health. Becoming vegan along the way is a side effect, not the main goal. After all it is a transition that takes time and constant adjustment.

No-one diet fits everybody’s needs. And even though a plant-based diet holds great promise in curing many diet-related imbalances it only works if it is adapted to your bio-individuality. Here the microbiome – the genetic make-up of one’s individual gut flora plays a crucial role.

Here we will work with proven scientific diagnostic tools to assess your imbalances. My recommendations are all based on nutritional science. My sessions are hands-on. Most of them will take place in the kitchen where you will learn to include certain foods, exclude or replace others to enhance the activity of certain micronutrients in your body while making them into yummy meals for your entire family.
