Tanja Johnston

Dr. Tanja Johnston is a certified plant-based nutritionist specialized in the prevention and reversal of chronic diseases such as auto-immune ailments, cancer, and cardio vascular disorders.

Dr. Johnston has studied with the leading nutritional scientists and researchers at Harvard Medical School, Cornell University, and New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Her P.hD. thesis in microbial health received critical acclaim world-wide. She is a recognized leader in using dietary and lifestyle adjustments to re-balance microbial balance in her clients. Restoring gut health has been proven to play a critical role in almost all pathological (physical and mental) disorders.

Tanja is also certified in the three leading Alternative Medicine techniques: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western Herbology.

She is a certified yoga instructor trained both in the Hatha tradition and Kundalini modality. Her teachers include the leading yogic inspirations of our time such Saul David Ray and Gurmurk.

Tanja grew up on a farm in Germany. At an early age she was exposed to the brutality of breeding and raising livestock for food production. A visit to the slaughterhouse quickly turned her onto becoming a vegetarian.

But it was for health reasons in the end that brought her to a 100% wholesome plant based diet. In her early twenties Tanja began to suffer from precursors of a long list of chronic disorders. Joint pains, hormonal imbalances, hair loss and weight gain all began to impact her overall health and well-being.

At over 40 years old, she feels at the top of her health and is guiding clients of all ages to upgrade their health with the help of a plant-based diet.
